Newly built in 2025; opened 3 months ago, this Embassy Suites will not disappoint. I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites in different states and honestly, they don’t compare to this property. As you enter the front doors, your first reaction is “WOW!” Beautifully decorated with coastal themes and colors, this hotel is located across the beach, Starbucks (spacious seating area) is in the lobby for your caffeine fix, the bar is located in the middle of the lobby to enjoy adult beverages after a day at the beach, and the restaurant is located on the opposite end of the lobby. Our room (studio queen beds with balcony & ocean view) was awesome with an amazing view of the beach! We enjoyed a morning and evening stroll on the beach. This hotel offers a free made-to-order breakfast every morning, unfortunately I left early and didn’t stay to try the free offer. Valet parking is $25/day; no self parking. Valet service is handled by a link sent to your phone upon arrival. I’ve seen the reviews that talk about a daily resort fee that is charged when checking in. It is a bit pricey at $40 however, the resort fee covers a daily ticket for an umbrella & 2 beach chairs on the beach, 1-hour bike rental (up to 3 people), beach cooler with ice, s’mores kit, & 1 drink (per adult on reservation) at the bar between 5:30p-6:30p. Resort fees are usually charged at higher end resorts (i.e Hilton Hawaiian Village, Maui Four Seasons, etc) but I can see why this property charges a separate resort fee for the beach & hotel amenities it offers. To me, it’s still worth the total price if you want to be close to the beach. Definitely worth checking out for a stay at this brand new hotel in Gulf Shores, Alabama!!

The staff are incredibly friendly and certainly one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Our flight was delayed by 1.5hrs so we arrived around 6p and we're greeted with a complimentary happy hr, 2 drinks and snacks, such a nice way to wind down our evening. The bartender was so kind and quick. We enjoyed the quiet of a Thursday and Friday stay noticing it get busier over the wknd. The complimentary Breakfast had a different meal every day and by far was the best breakfast at a hotel I've had! Again the staff who greeting, cooked, and cleaned up made our morning so friendly. It was a highlight for us! The lady who did our room cleaning went above and beyond just making sure we had cups, teas, towels. You'd be surprised at how many times i had stayed somewhere else where the little details was simply missed. Right off the beach, we did ride bicycles one day, they are one speed so you'll work but also complementary, so another perk for us! Hospitality at its best simply due to having the right staff amenities and cozy hotel design. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful baby moon and respite from our everyday hustle.

Our most recent stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Gulf Shores Beach Resort was beyond amazing. We were celebrating my daughter’s 13th birthday, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They kindly upgraded our room from a partial gulf view to a full gulf view, which made the trip even more special. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff throughout the resort were incredible, friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming every time we interacted with them. I also loved the convenience of having two physical room keys plus a digital key option. There were plenty of charging ports and outlets in the room, which made it easy to keep all of our devices charged without having to rotate plugs or unplug anything. Breakfast was perfect and absolutely delicious each morning. Check in and check out were smooth and stress free. One thing that really stood out was the soundproofing. Our room was close to Sound Waves where music was playing, yet we couldn’t hear anything inside our room. We only heard it once we stepped onto the patio. That level of comfort made a huge difference. The pool was gorgeous at night and heated, which made evening swims even better. The fitness center was very nice and had a great range of equipment to fit different workout needs. I don’t drink personally, but I saw plenty of adults enjoying the complimentary evening reception, which looked like a great perk. I used valet parking and they were awesome, quick, professional, and very friendly. Yes, there is a resort fee, but it truly comes with great value. You receive a beach bag, one hour of bike rental per day, a s’mores kit, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cooler. The beach itself is just a hop, skip, and a jump away, which made everything so convenient. If you want souvenirs, there are several shops less than a five minute walk away. There are also restaurants inside the hotel, and if you’re looking for different options, there are tons of restaurants nearby. We truly have no complaints. It was a wonderful stay and the perfect place to celebrate such a special birthday.

Everything was wonderful from the valets at the front to Nicholas at the front desk for check in. The room was clean and fresh with a beautiful view. The bed was comfy. Extra blanket available for the cold nights. The lady at the front of the tide restaurant was so friendly. Then Skakria made a perfect to order omelette. Chounecy was so friendly and attentive. Honestly, changed my mind about Hilton stars! 10/10 and have already recommended to friends who booked this coming weekend for their getaway. I was on business travel. Thank you.

Wow! I can’t say enough about this amazing new Hilton property! We just left a couple of ago and I am already missing it. Great Buffet breakfast, tons of open space to relax (indoor and outdoor), comfortable and quiet stay. However, the best part is their people. Everyone I ran into was quick to acknowledge me and say hello. We were greeted by Gen who was unbelievably friendly and got us off to a great start. I didn’t get the night auditors name but he wanted to make sure I received the waters for my Hilton Gold status. The following morning, I was greeted by Sandra and the food service folks, who took the time to ask how our stay was going and answered questions about our first trip to such a beautiful place! We took advantage of the happy hour. Christina was so helpful to recommend and make us a unique beverage. We loved the service so well, we stayed for dinner. OMG! the food was unique and spot on delicious. Again, received great service from Chauncey. You rock dude and was so attentive. Told my wife we not only found our new go-to vacation spot, but definitely our place to stay while visiting. Keep up the great work Embassy team, they are fortunate to have you! Until next time.

This hotel was the most wonderful place to spend our little get away. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Embassy Suites. I now want to go every year! The service no matter where you are in the hotel is phenomenal! Now here we go… The breakfast, oh the breakfast…it is so wonderful and the seating and the people serving, preparing and cooking the omelets really listen to what you want in your omelets! OMG, Shakira, the one who put together my omelet and did she ever know what she was doing! The choices of foods was amazing and fresh. The two hostess women at the entry of the dining area for breakfast, Loyal Ann is one of the ladies and I can’t remember the other one. They were both so nice. Truly helpful and caring! I love this place and they ALL are wonderful. Not a bad one this trip.

Beautiful new hotel with laid back & tropical vibes. Great location! All the staff was helpful & friendly. Breakfast could’ve been better. The omelette station didn’t have ham or bacon any of the days for our 3 night stay. A manager should have gone to Publix and picked up some ham. No one wants a chicken and sausage omelette. And no bacon??? Families like bacon for breakfast. Kids love bacon for breakfast. Embassy suites breakfasts is 90% of why we choose this brand. It’s what sets Embassy suites apart. It takes away from the value and is disappointing for people that are faithful Embassy Suites customers.
